Activia Selects Blog Tour

I am pretty excited about having the privilege of writing about the New Activia Selects for Mom Central. Our house is full of woman and Activia is defiantly a main course snack here so when they came out with Activia Selects, I couldn't wait to try them. I am a huge yogurt fan anyways and Activia is a for sure once a day yogurt for me. I do actually depend on it for the regularity of my digestive system as does my grandmother, mother and daughter. We all depend on it's probiotic culture called Bifidus Regularis because it certainly works wonders for us.

Now I am really excited about the new flavors and variety of textures that Activia has come up with. The New Activia Selects - Parfait, Greek, French and French Fruit on the Bottom are my new morning breakfast food. First thing first and that is our yogurt! With new flavors and variety, you can't go wrong. One of my favorite is the Activia Selects-Parfait. I love the crunchy granola bits that you mix in the smooth and creamy yogurt along with fruit pieces. Something about yogurt, fruit and granola that just taste right. To die for! I got hooked on that back when the fast food chains came out with it. Now, I get to have it in my daily Activia. Love it!

Although I was a bit shocked to see how high the Carbohydrate Sugar was, I have to have my Activia. Of course it is not high enough for me to not eat the New Selects and there is always the Activia Light. It only means I don't eat a bunch of junk during the day which has also been a benefit thanks to Activia. Some days, I eat as many as 2 to 3 Activia's but at least I know they are good for me. As long as I get my Activia yogurt first thing in the morning, any of the flavors or textures, I know I am off to a great start! Thank you Activia Selects for your great new flavors and for helping me feel so good inside!
